What is Do-in yoga?
Do-in yoga actually enables you to give yourself a shiatsu treatment. The exercises combine soft stretching, massage and breathing techniques. They enhance the circulation of energy within your body. There is no pressure to perform or excel in any way, your own natural way of moving is the key. This gentle method enables you to relax not only your body but also your mind.

- Silence days / weeks
Everyone can join, even when you're not athletic or recovering from injury/illness.
Whenever you want! Do-in yoga can be taught per lesson, or series of lessons. It can be just do-in yoga, or be part of an awareness training.
